WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a hassle. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn. But don’t panic, we'll try make it as seamless as possible. 

Simply get in touch with the guys from Customer Support by hitting one of the links at the bottom of this page and send them the following details: 

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Delivery address

Customer support will then use the information to create your returns label so you can return the Lumiwear product free of charge. 

Once we've received the return at the warehouse, we'll send you your store credit for the full value of the item.

Please note:
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
